At Iconic Puzzles, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If your new piece doesn't fit your style, you can return or exchange any unworn items within 30 days of delivery.
Initiate Your Request
Visit our online return portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.
Package Your Items
Place the original items, including all tags and packaging, into a secure shipping box or mailer.
Print & Attach Label
Download your prepaid shipping label from the portal, print it out, and securely attach it to the outside of your package.
Ship & Refund
Drop off your package at any authorized carrier location; once received and inspected, your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days.
