At Iconic Puzzles, we want you to be completely satisfied with your assembly experience. If you are not happy with your purchase, you can return or exchange any unopened puzzle within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Contact our customer support team with your order number and the reason for your return to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

• 2.
  Prepare the Package

  Ensure the puzzle is in its original, shrink-wrapped packaging and place it securely in a shipping box along with your original packing slip.

• 3.
  Ship It Back

  Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects the returned item, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 5-7 business days.
