How long will it take to receive my puzzle?
Standard shipping typically takes 3-7 business days within the continental US. Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number via email to monitor its progress.
What happens if my puzzle is missing a piece?
We take pride in our quality control, but if you find a piece is missing, please contact our support team within 30 days of purchase. We will send you a replacement of the same puzzle at no extra cost.
What is your return policy?
We offer a 30-day return policy for any unopened and factory-sealed puzzles. Due to the nature of the product, we cannot accept returns for items that have been opened or partially assembled.
Are the puzzle pieces durable?
Yes, Iconic Puzzles are made from premium 2mm thick blue board. This ensures a snug fit, reduces puzzle dust, and prevents the pieces from bending or fraying over time.
Do you offer international shipping?
Currently, we ship to the United States, Canada, and the UK. Shipping rates and delivery times for international orders are calculated at checkout based on your location.
